These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to the website at workspace-redwoodway.click (the “Site”) operated by Redwood Way Consulting Co., Ltd. (“Redwood Way,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services described on the Site

Information on the Site describes our procurement consulting services, including vendor review, RFQ drafting, and contract review. Content is informational and does not constitute legal, tax, or investment advice. A consulting relationship begins only when both parties sign a written engagement letter.

2. Acceptable use

You may browse the Site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access, scrape the Site in a way that impairs performance, upload malicious code, or use contact forms to send unsolicited commercial messages unrelated to procurement inquiries.

3. Intellectual property

Text, graphics, logos, and layout on the Site are owned by Redwood Way or used under license. You may print pages for internal business reference. You may not republish Site content as your own work product or remove attribution.

4. Inquiries and submissions

Information you submit through contact forms is used to respond to your inquiry as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that submissions are accurate to the best of your knowledge and do not infringe third-party rights.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that content is complete for every procurement scenario. Examples and case summaries are illustrative.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Taiwan, Redwood Way shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use. Our aggregate liability for claims related to Site use shall not exceed TWD 1,000 except where prohibited by law.

The Site may reference external resources. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Taichung City shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or Site use, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
