Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to consulting fees paid to Redwood Way Consulting Co., Ltd. for vendor review, RFQ drafting, contract review, and related procurement advisory services.

Engagement deposits

Deposits reserve consultant time and begin document collection. Deposits are non-refundable once we have started verification work or scheduled site visits, except where we cancel the engagement.

Cancellation by client

More than ten business days before kickoff: full deposit refund minus bank transfer fees if applicable.

Five to ten business days before kickoff: 50% deposit retained to cover allocated staff time.

Fewer than five business days before kickoff or after kickoff: deposit retained; additional work billed pro-rata for hours completed at our standard daily rate if work has started.

Cancellation by Redwood Way

If we cannot perform due to conflict of interest, capacity limits, or unforeseen inability to meet agreed timeline, we refund unused fees within fourteen business days.

Partial refunds after delivery

If a deliverable materially fails to match the signed scope letter, notify us within ten business days of delivery. We will remedy at no charge or offer a partial refund proportional to missing sections. Subjective disagreement with a recommendation that follows agreed criteria is not grounds for refund.

Non-refundable items

Third-party costs paid on your behalf (travel, testing lab fees, registry searches with mandatory charges), rush surcharges after work begins, and completed workshops delivered as scheduled are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Site visits and review meetings may be rescheduled once without fee if requested at least three business days in advance. Later rescheduling or no-shows may forfeit the session or incur a TWD 3,000 rebooking fee.

No-shows

If client participants fail to attend a scheduled kickoff or review meeting without notice, we may treat the session as delivered. Repeated no-shows may lead to engagement termination with fees due for work completed.

Work already started

Once supplier contact, reference calls, or draft memos begin, fees cover work performed even if you halt the project early. We provide a hours-and-tasks summary upon request.

Purchased materials

Physical materials purchased specifically for your project are billed at cost and non-refundable once ordered.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned via original payment method or bank transfer within fourteen business days of approval.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Email info@workspace-redwoodway.click with your engagement reference, reason, and preferred resolution. Include the signing contact name on the engagement letter.

Exceptions

Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer rights under Taiwan law where applicable to your situation.
