What affects your quote
Supplier count and geography. Site visits outside Taichung City incur travel at cost with prior approval.
Category complexity. Custom machinery, regulated goods, or import licenses require more reference checks.
Decision deadline. Rush timelines within five business days may carry a 20% urgency surcharge if we can accommodate them.
Language. Standard deliverables are in English; Traditional Chinese summaries are available on request.
Deposits and payment
Engagements above TWD 40,000 require a 40% deposit to reserve consultant time. The balance is due on delivery of the final memo or document pack. We accept bank transfer; invoices include our registered business details for your accounts payable records.
When a fixed price does not apply
Multi-year supply agreements, joint ventures, or tender processes spanning several months are quoted after a scoping call. We provide a written estimate before any billable work starts.
